General Comments

Is there anything about the ARC and its implementation that you would like the committee to consider?

    We had a lively discussion about the new structure during recent WiLS Board meeting. There was a very clear sense that a focus on the Council as a User Group/Forum is far more likely engage people than connecting the Council to a governance role.
